For the past 20 years I have been doing home cakes focussing on cheese and continental cakes with a few specialities, namely, Sugee cake, moist carrot cake, moist chocolate fudge cake, Bangkok Kaya and various cupcakes. Focus was on the ingredients itself, creating yummy concoctions improved and perfected with time. I learnt cake deco as well but never got into it seriously up till the past year. The learning process is ongoing and improving with newer ideas and deco as the final product of a good tasting cake.
